01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jl95 ("jl95," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the jl95 website located at jl95.org, including all games, betting services, promotions, and related features (collectively, the "Platform").

By completing the jl95 registration process, logging in to an existing jl95 account, or otherwise accessing any part of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, promotion terms, or other policies published on the Platform, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

jl95 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

02 Eligibility

To register and use jl95, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gambling regulations.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of jl95, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from jl95 or any affiliated platform.

By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. jl95 reserves the right to close any account and void any bets or winnings if it determines that a player did not meet these requirements at the time of registration or at any subsequent point.

03 Account Registration

To access the full features of jl95, you must create a personal account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact details. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) jl95 account. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein. If you have lost access to your account, please use the official account recovery process.

jl95 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

• All information provided during registration must be truthful and verifiable.
• You must not register using a false identity, alias, or another person's details.
• jl95 may conduct identity verification checks using third-party services at any time.
• Accounts registered with false information may be closed without notice and any funds forfeited.

04 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jl95 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person or allow any third party to access your account.

All transactions and bets placed through your account are your sole responsibility, regardless of whether they were made by you or by a third party who gained access to your account. jl95 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify jl95 immediately by contacting our support team. jl95 may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation of any reported unauthorized access.

05 Deposits and Withdrawals

jl95 supports the following payment methods for Filipino players, in Philippine Peso (PHP):

• E-wallets: GCash, PayMaya / Maya
• Bank Transfer: BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank
• Debit Card: Philippine-issued debit cards linked to eligible bank accounts

The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are published in the jl95 Help Center. jl95 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

All withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. jl95 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may be delayed pending completion of KYC (Know Your Customer) checks.

jl95 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms, pending investigation. Any funds determined to have been obtained through fraudulent means will be forfeited.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

jl95 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, time limits, and game restrictions, which are published alongside each offer.

General bonus rules applicable to all jl95 promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only and may not be available in all regions.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• jl95 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Players may only claim each welcome or sign-up bonus once. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times through duplicate accounts constitutes bonus abuse.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash directly.
• In the event of a dispute regarding bonus eligibility or calculation, jl95's decision is final.

jl95 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonuses if it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts, exploiting promotional terms, or using prohibited betting strategies to circumvent wagering requirements.

07 Betting Rules

All bets placed on jl95 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sports market. These rules are published within each game or betting section of the Platform and form part of these Terms.

General betting rules applicable across all jl95 products include:

• Bets are final once confirmed. jl95 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where expressly permitted by the applicable game rules.
• jl95 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where a technical error, data feed error, or manifest pricing error has occurred.
• Maximum bet limits apply to all markets and games. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface.
• jl95 may limit or restrict betting activity on any account at its sole discretion, including where unusual betting patterns are detected.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet, the result recorded in jl95's system shall be considered final, subject to review by the jl95 disputes team.

For sports betting markets covering PBA, NBA, UFC, boxing, and other events, settlement is based on official results as published by the relevant governing body. jl95 is not responsible for errors in third-party data feeds used to display live odds or scores.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jl95 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through the use of software, bots, scripts, or other automated tools.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an advantage; any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward jl95 staff or other players.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorization.
• Circumventing any self-exclusion, deposit limit, or responsible gaming restriction imposed on your account.

jl95 employs fraud detection and monitoring systems to identify prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected, jl95 reserves the right to take immediate action without prior notice to the player.

09 Responsible Gaming

jl95 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations to player welfare seriously. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from jl95 if you feel your gambling is out of control.

jl95 strictly enforces the minimum age requirement of 21 years for all players. We cooperate fully with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework and may refer players to professional support services where appropriate. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to re-register or circumvent their exclusion.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the jl95 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the intellectual property of jl95 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from jl95.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Platform content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used in connection with the Platform.
• Use any jl95 trademarks, logos, or brand elements without express written permission.

Any unauthorized use of jl95 intellectual property may result in account termination and may expose you to civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jl95 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical failures, service interruptions, or connectivity issues.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Errors in third-party data feeds, live scores, or odds displays.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jl95 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. jl95's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit jl95's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

12 Privacy

jl95 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jl95 may share your personal data with regulatory authorities, including PAGCOR, where required by law or regulation. jl95 may also share data with third-party service providers engaged to support Platform operations, subject to appropriate data protection agreements.

13 Amendments to These Terms

jl95 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jl95 will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect, where reasonably practicable.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendments have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting jl95 support.

14 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and jl95, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting jl95 support. jl95 will endeavor to respond to and resolve complaints within a reasonable timeframe.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent jl95 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

For disputes relating to PAGCOR-regulated activities, players may also escalate unresolved complaints to PAGCOR through its official regulatory channels.
